"The Prime Minister and his team intend to act in all humility by having a strong sense of responsibility so that arises in a reasonable time, the State of public service which takes into account the real needs of the population. At the head of a team composed of compatriots, the Prime Minister launches himself to the assault of an ambitious dream of Haiti : the change, advocated by the President Martelly and that wish with all their heart the Haitians from home and abroad.
