Michel Martelly, the President of the Republic, has proceeded this Wednesday, to the installation of the Prime Minister to the Primature. Accompanied by his Private Cabinet and members of the new government, the Head of State has invited the new tenant of the Villa d'Accueil (Prime Minister's Residence & Office or Primature) to share with him the dream of change.

The ceremony coincided with the appointment of the last member of the new government, the engineer Jude Hervé DAY, at the head of the Ministry of Planning and External Cooperation.

"My struggle is also yours," the President Martelly told the Prime Minister Garry Conille that promises his commitment to the benefit of collective welfare. "The success of my mission will depend of professionalism and of the cooperation of all responsibles of my Government" declared Mr. Conille which is committed to address the salary problem in order to enable the professionals to better cope with the high cost of living.

The Head of State promised to the Prime Minister his full support. The challenge is immense, but the country's recovery is possible with the spirit of living together and the combined action of every Haitian. The Dr. Conille says he's determined to conduct a policy efficient of management of goods and services of the State.
