She calls for for the consultation of the parties in order to make recommendations to the Head of State for the establishment of a new Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), an electoral calendar and a new electoral law.

Sauveur Pierre-Etienne, the new leader of the Organization of People in Struggle (OPL), also advocates for the establishment of a new CEP credible for good elections "No one should imagine that the political parties will agree to go to the polls with a CEP not credible," he argues. According to him, "the time has come for the President Martelly to prove his willingness to break with the past, according to his campaign promises."
