Haiti - FLASH : Cap-Haitien under water, list of emergency shelters 21/12/2023 08:36:42
Due to the rain that has continued to fall on Cap-Haïten for 3 days, the municipal administration has taken some quick measures to guarantee everyone's safety. The Town Hall is asking all people living in areas accustomed to heavy flooding to move quickly while there is still time. And to go to one of the temporary shelters available in the town. The municipal administration is in contact with the civil protection team to monitor developments in the situation and inform the population.
