The victims were killed in a shooting that occurred the previous evening. The bandits control the Terre Rouge Police Station The Terre Rouge Police Station (Centre Dept.) is under the control of the gang in the area after attacking it on Sunday afternoon and chasing away the police officers. The gang controls the entire Fonds Cheval area and the national road. Arrest of a ransom collector The Haitian National Police (PNH) arrested Jean-Pierre James (40), residing at 3rd Avenue Bolosse (Port-au-Prince).
