"Mr. Lyonel Trouillot, The obtaining of "Grand Prix Roman Métis 2011" for your novel "La Belle amour humaine" comes extend the moments of happiness in which is plunged the Government since already a few days. Already in our common Motherland and elsewhere, your name requires respect and admiration. Today, dear compatriot, the country honors you, and welcomes the beautiful feather of the author of "Thérèse en mille morceaux", "(Re) Penser la citoyenneté", "Yanvalou pour Charlie", "l’Amour avant que j’oublie », "Éloge de la contemplation"... The country is proud of you.
