The temporary suspension of the Humanitarian Parole Program is not total, it only concerns travel authorizations. Sponsors (supporters) can continue to apply for their loved ones through the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

Let's recall that the "U.S. Customs and Border Protection", the internal security agency responsible for approving the travel of beneficiaries, has specified that if the beneficiary already has a valid advance travel authorization (ATA), it is authorized to travel to the United States https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-42915-haiti-flash-the-ata-of-certain-beneficiaries-of-the-biden-program-has-been-refused.html

But new ATAs will not be issued pending the results of the verifications and the implementation of an anti-fraud system...

It should be noted that for the moment, the investigation is focusing only on the sponsors (the supporters of the applicants) and not on the beneficiaries, but there is no indication that subsequently the beneficiaries involved in this fraud will not be investigated.

In the event of fraud detected by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the files of the fraudsters involved will be transmitted to the Department of Justice via the "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services" (ICE); to initiate criminal proceedings as well as legal proceedings.
