3rd day of combat, the PNH advances

"We have made progress, we continue to advance" declared Divisional Commissioner Michael Ange Louis, Spokesperson for the Haitian National Police (PNH) in summary of the first 72 hours of the joint operation against gangs in the neighborhoods of Bas Delmas, Bel Air and Solino. Brazil to strengthen Haiti's electoral process
