Haiti - Security : Human Rights Watch calls for a mission of blue helmets in Haiti

The Multinational Mission remains in the pre-deployment phase due to a shortage of funds and personnel, only 400 of the expected 2,500 officers have been deployed, the Mission has not yet received the resources necessary to be effective and fully operational, recalls Human Rights Watch.
