U-17 Football : Qatar 2025 Qualifiers
This Sunday, January 12, 2025, the national selection of the U-17 Grenadiers continues its preparation. On the Saint-Louis de Gonzague field, the U-17 men's team began the second phase of its preparation for the qualifiers of the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean States (CONCACAF), for the FIFA World Cup, Qatar 2025. Mass in tribute to those who died in the 2010 earthquake
As part of the commemoration of the 15th anniversary of the 2010 Earthquake, Leslie Voltaire, President pro tempore of the Transitional Council, accompanied by Presidential Advisors, Prime Minister Alix Didier Fils-Aimé and members of his Government and accredited Ambassadors, participated in a mass to pay tribute to all those who lost their lives in the earthquake of 12 January 2010. This special mass was celebrated by Reverend Father Jean Robert Louis to the Villa d'Accueil. In his homily for the occasion, he recalled that we celebrate the lives of those who preceded us in the 2010 disaster. He also stated that God did not create man for suffering and death, which is why his compatriots who died in the earthquake found eternal life. He took the opportunity to invite the country to rely on the power of God because everything that happens is His will. See also :

Visit of the women prisoners to PAP
Ronique Paul Jean, the Coordinator of the Western Departmental Office of the Ministry of Women's Affairs, visited women incarcerated at the Port-au-Prince Police Station this week to inquire about their conditions of detention and, on the other hand, to demonstrate the Ministry's support in the most difficult times. To mark this visit, hygiene kits (toothpaste, toothbrushes, soaps, sanitary napkins, shampoo, deodorants, etc...) were distributed to prisoners to enable them to maintain good hygiene inside their cells.

The French Embassy in Haiti, represented at the ceremony by its internal security service, congratulates the police officers of the 34th promotion of the PNH celebrated Friday, January 10, 2025 at the National Police Academy, an important step in the restoration of security in Haiti.
