We learned that the presidential decree appointing the new Minister of Culture and Communication (MCC) and the Minister of Justice and Public Safety (MJSP), and a new Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs is already signed, and that it should be published within 24 hours in the official newspaper Le Moniteur.

After the resignation of Mr. Josué Pierre Louis https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-4311-haiti-flash-resignation-letter-of-minister-of-justice.html as part of the case Belizaire, the former Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Me. Michel Pierre Brunache becomes Minister of Justice and Public Safety.

Pierre Richard Casimir, Consul General of Haiti in Montreal, becomes the new Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs in place of Me Pierre Michel Brunache who is now at the head of MJSP.
