An internal source at the National Port Authority (APN) has responded to allegations made by David Ware, representative of Africa Global Logistics (AGL), during an interview on a Haitian radio station. This source asserts that the Haitian government has not granted a construction permit for the infrastructure and has been presented with a fait accompli, stating, "Without a construction permit, we cannot issue an operating permit. Checks for former CNE employees are ready The Ministry of Economy and Finance informs former employees of the National Equipment Center (CNE) that checks for the final settlement of their salaries and compensation are now available.
