Haiti - FLASH : Barbecue warns the population of the imminent start of a major counter-offensive by «Viv Ansanm» (video) 17/11/2025 04:57:51
The possibility of a counter-offensive by "Viv Ansanm" has been taken into consideration by the Haitian National Police (PNH), which has suspended all leave and vacations since Sunday, November 16, until further notice. As a precaution, the French Embassy will remain closed on Monday, November 17. "[...] This message is addressed to the Haitian people in general. Starting this Monday, November 17, 2025, unless absolutely necessary, do not go out. All drivers' unions, stay home.
