Karl Jean Louis the new Director General of Investment Facilitation Center (CFI) has proceeded on Thursday at the opening of the first decentralized office, in Cap Haitien.

As you know, we realized the Caravan of Investment in the United States and we came back with investors from Miami and Atlanta [...] we have currently some of them in the North East who are watching investment opportunities.
