Recall that the former president is accused of breach of trust, fraud and embezzlement, in two separate complaints, one filed by former residents of "La Fanmi Se Lavi" https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-7333-haiti-justice-complaints-against-jean-bertrand-aristide.html and a second, filed by members of the National Coordination of Members Victims of Cooperatives (CONASOVIC) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-7446-haiti-justice-second-complaint-against-former-president-aristide.html Meanwhile, Aristide's lawyers, Me Mario Joseph, Me Camille Leblanc and Me Newton Louis St Juste given a eriod of 24 hours to the Government Commissioner, to give them copies of the documents to be filed by the plaintiffs to the prosecutor.
