Haiti - Social : Official Launch of National Carnival
Sunday, the local National Carnival Committee, chaired by Nonce Zéphyr, has officially launched the Carnival, which will be held this year in Cap-Haitien (North) the 10,11 and 12 February 2013 under the theme "Ann pote kole : Yon Aysyen yon pye bwa". 7 and 8 February will be held the Carnival of children and students, a tradition Capoise.

Masked groups, marching bands, along with thousands of revelers took to the streets on the occasion of launching ""From what I see tonight, I know that the National Carnival will be a success," declared the President of the Local Committee which has indicated that the Boulevard of Cap, from street 5 et street 90 had been chosen for the parade route where already 25 floats and no less than 15 musical chars are announced. More than a million Haitian and foreign participants are expected for this major national event.

In addition, in the United States, musicians, singers and chorus of formations T-Vice and Carimi working tirelessly in studio on their meringues for the carnival.

"We will prove once again that the group T-Vice is 'Mèt Beton an'," declared Jessie Alkhal, the manager of T-Vice.
