For the Secretary-Rapporteur, there is no deputy or Senator in this Commission, only of Commissioners, inviting the 4 Commissioners senators who did not participate, to be present next Monday for the final formation of the bureau. For the Senator Mélius Hyppolite "this provisional bureau is illegal," pointing out that the Senator Wancesclass Lambert is not representative of Commissioners senators, adding that the differences of approaches have not been resolved. He believes that the Presidents of the two Chambers must intervene to help overcome the crisis... For his part the Deputy Sadrack Dieudonné, President of the opposition minority bloc "Parliamentarians for Institutional Strengthening" (PRI), whose members have refused to participate in the Commission continues to denounce the deputies of majority bloc pro Martelly "Parliamentarians for Stability and Progress" (PSP) that they accuses of being manipulated by the Executive.
