Haiti - Education : Seminar on Human Resource Management

After having conducted training seminars in legislative drafting to the attention of lawyers and in interpersonal communication for executives responsible to pilot projects within the public administration, the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), always in partnership with the Ecole Nationale d'Administration in Paris (ENA), begins its third week of seminar this Monday, July 22 on the Human Resources Management.

This training is designed for human resource managers of the public service, takes place over 5 days [Monday 22 to Friday, July 26, 2013). It will be done in two sessions of 20 hours each and is intended for two groups of 25 executives from ministries and autonomous bodies.

This bodes well as the directions and/or human resources departments of the Haitian government, are subject of an attention supported by the team OMRH who believes that real resources are first human and that we can not carry out a reform that does not take account of women and men who are of actors imbued of the challenges and new directions in public affairs. "If we are unanimous in recognizing that human resource management is the most difficult of all, it is not superfluous to strengthen the capacities of all those, that have this difficult task to deal with," says the OMRH
