Haiti - Security : Users of the National #2 launch SOS to police
Early this Monday, September 16, gunmen who call themselves "rebels", blocked once again, the National road #2 at the level of Marose, a locality of Petit-Goâve. They broke windshields and slashed the tires of some vehicles intercepted and carried the keys of some drivers.

On a board installed near the road, we read the following : "Mr. Deputy, for very long, you told us to wait, we have enough. Now we raise."
