Charles A. Forbin recalls that Pierre-Richard Casimir, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, as part of his diplomatic tour of the region, has already received the official support of several Nations and organizations, including Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana, Suriname and the CARICOM among others.
