With 6 new appointments, de facto President Jocelerme Privert crossed the bar of 100 appointments since his accession to power and nothing indicates that it will stop there...
In the official newspaper Le Moniteur No. 200 dated Thursday, November 17, 2016, Privert, proceeded to the appointment of 6 citizens and issued a decree declaring two places of public utility.
The Citizen Frantz Verella, is appointed National Coordinator of the Technical Secretariat of the Inter-Ministerial Post-Matthew Committee (ICPM), with the rank of Minister;
The Citizen Serge Eberle Armand, is appointed Director General of the National Institute of Agrarian Reform (INARA);
The Citizen Jean Thomas Sainteus, is appointed Vice-Delegate of the Arrondissement of Baradères;
The Citizen Francklin Lafleur, is appointed Vice-Delegate of the Arrondissement of Miragoâne;
The Citizen Pierre Sterlin Saint-Cyr, is appointed Vice-Delegate of the Arrondissement de l'Archaie;
The Citizen Benoît Ulysse, is appointed Secretary-General of the Nippes delegation;
Moreover, in the commune of Miragoâne, the area commonly known as "Berquin", located at the intersection of the national road No. 2 and the place called "Morne Préval" were declared of public utility by decree.
