The de facto President Jocelerme Privert continues to clean up the executives of the previous administration, to replace them with his men. In the newspaper "Le Moniteur" No. 153 dated August 25, 2016, Privert revokes 6 people including several Directors General from the previous administration and announced the same day, two new appointments bringing to nearly 80 the number of appointments made by Privert...

"[...] Considering that it is appropriate to free of their ties with the government or the diplomatic corps [...] On the report of Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Economy and Finance, the Minister of Public Works, Transport and communications and Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action;

And after deliberation by the Council of Ministers;

Order

Article 1.- Are and remain reported:

1) The order of 15 August 2012 appointing the citizen Dukens Raphael Deputy Director General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH);

2) The decree of 18 January 2013 appointing the citizen Ernst Jean Baptiste Deputy Director General of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Civic Action;

3) The decree of 15 October 2015 appointing the citizen Daniel Accede Deputy Director General of Electricity of Haiti (EDH);

4) The decree of 2 March 2015 appointing the citizen Marie-France A. Laleau Deputy Director General in charge of research and economic promotion of the Ministry of Economy and Finance;

5) The decree of January 6, 2016 appointing the citizen Marc Antoine Acra Goodwill Ambassador of the Republic of Haiti;

6) The Decree of 27 April 2016 appointing the citizen Baptiste Mathieu Deputy Director General of the

Insurance Office vehicles against third (OAVCT).

Article 2. This Order repeals all decrees or provision of decrees that are contrary to it [...]

The same day by presidential decree : Wilson Laratte was appointed Deputy General Director of Electricity of Haiti (EDH) and Jivenel Napoléon was appointed Director General of OAVCT.
