The Prime Minister, Laurent Lamothe, chaired this week to the Primature, a working session of several hours with the actors involved around the evaluation of the special development plans in order to identify the blocking elements relating to their implementation, in order to bring elements of sustainable solutions.

At this meeting, the Head of Government required a new dynamic and the involvement of all sectors of national life for the full success of these plans "It is imperative to complete the implementation as soon as possible and in the best conditions of all projects selected under special plans. The population can not wait and we have no right to make mistakes," emphasizing on the basic needs of the population.

The Prime Minister, also Minister of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE) placed considerable emphasis on the need to fully accomplish the mission of the MPCE, which consists of developing strategic development plans and improve planning systems to enable optimal use of available resources for economic and social renewal of the country.

Note that the Special Plans include inter alia: the establishment of infrastructure such as the construction of vocational schools, roads linking several localities or municipalities, public buildings that will house the Peace courts, police stations but also projects of urban renewal, street lighting and support to the agricultural sector.

Prime Minister Lamothe took the opportunity to reiterated its commitments to the people and instill at the same time, a new dynamic in the implementation of these special development plans.
