Haiti - Politic : New Dynamic in the implementation of Special Plans 30/03/2014 11:35:55
At this meeting, the Head of Government required a new dynamic and the involvement of all sectors of national life for the full success of these plans "It is imperative to complete the implementation as soon as possible and in the best conditions of all projects selected under special plans. The population can not wait and we have no right to make mistakes," emphasizing on the basic needs of the population. The Prime Minister, also Minister of Planning and External Cooperation (MPCE) placed considerable emphasis on the need to fully accomplish the mission of the MPCE, which consists of developing strategic development plans and improve planning systems to enable optimal use of available resources for economic and social renewal of the country.  Note that the Special Plans include inter alia: the establishment of infrastructure such as the construction of vocational schools, roads linking several localities or municipalities, public buildings that will house the Peace courts, police stations but also projects of urban renewal, street lighting and support to the agricultural sector. Prime Minister Lamothe took the opportunity to reiterated its commitments to the people and instill at the same time, a new dynamic in the implementation of these special development plans.
