Prime Minister Evans Paul, who has already established his headquarters at the residence of the Prime Minister on the road of Bourdon, would work on the formation of the new ministerial cabinet and may be installed no later than Tuesday at the offices of the Primature, according to Dr. Enold Joseph, the Secretary General of the "Konvansyon Inite Demokratik" (KID).

According to our information, the Deputies could be convened to the extraordinary Monday to conduct an audit of the Prime Minister documents, as required by Article 157 of the Constitution which states :

"To be appointed Prime Minister, it is necessary :

1) Be Haitian origin and never have renounced its nationality;

2) Be at least thirty (30) years of age;

3) Enjoy civil and political rights and never have been sentenced to corporal and infamous;

4) Be the owner in Haiti or exercise an profession;

5) Reside in the country for five (5) consecutive years;

6) Have been relieved of its responsibilities if the person has been accountable for public funds."

Also Friday, in a speech delivered as part of the innovative leader decoration ceremony Evans Paul declared "I am not appointed Prime Minister not to make war to someone. But to work for the well-being of all Haitians," and stated that there will be no political unrest in Haiti January 12, 2015, due date of Deputies and another third of the Senate, suggesting that there will be instead a political agreement that might surprise the world...

This potential agreement announced would it to do with the extension of the mandate of the elected ? the Secretary General of the KID havinng indicated that Evans Paul was in favor of keeping parliamentarians in their posts after January 12, 2015...

Sunday, Evans Paul to Cerca Carval met several personalities of the Catholic Church and civil society in order to secure the cooperation of all sectors, a chance to silence the opposition which asserts that he'is close to President Martelly declaring "I'm not of the power," recalling about President Martelly "I had not teamed with him. I had not campaigned for him," adding "also not to be of the opposition [...] As Prime Minister, I have come to serve the society and make things move forward because the country is in crisis [...]"
