While the Dominican Republic is about to begin the repatriation operation of all foreigners in irregular migratory situation (mostly Haitian) not registered in the National Plan for the Regularization of Foreigner (PNRE) which ended on June 17 at midnight, the Government Youth of Haiti (GJH), "very critical and outraged" over the decision of the Dominican Government, said in a note that these upcoming repatriations "challenges our patriotic conscience and forces us to raise our voices in protest against this measure, with incalculable consequences."

The GJH, "in a spirit of solidarity, of sharing and tolerance invites all players of the national life, particularly the 11 million Haitians to come together tin order to welcome with proudly the compatriots who will be deported in the coming days by the Dominican authorities." According to Joel Lorquet, Youth keeper "this is a historic moment that is offered to us to fulfill a patriotic act and prove to the world that Haitians are in solidarity in these difficult times that our country undergo."

The GJH, proposes to all Haitians, in a spirit of solidarity, to welcome our Haitian brothers and sisters living on the other side of the border, either by hosting one or more persons or by offering these compatriots the opportunity to earn a little money to help them to overcome this difficult stage.

Moreover, the GJH "urges both States to agree to regulate, promptly, the irregular migratory situation of Haitians in neighboring Republic, especially those of workers, children born on Dominican territory and the people who lived over 10 years in this territory."
