If elected Moïse Jean-Charles is committed to creating a new economy based on domestic production, an access bank to domestic production and massive investment in agriculture in order to fight extreme poverty...

Economically, he says he will work on the low rate of growth and improve the situation in terms of human development index (HDI).

He also promises that under his administration the PetroCaribe funds will not be used to fund "phony projects," but projects giving priority to road infrastructure, universities and schools, professional centers and public housing programs for teachers and police officers...

He summarized the main lines of his program by : food self-sufficiency, access to credit for small and medium enterprises, employment creation in agriculture, education by promoting the science, technology and industry...
