He intends fighting corruption for the betterment of the country and of each of our fellow citizens, security will be restored and corruption will not be tolerated. During his five-year term, education will become a priority for the advancement of the country and the future of the very young generation. 10 schools and universities will be built by department : 4 schools from primary to secondary; 3 vocational schools and 3 universities, whose 100 schools and universities during his tenure. His emphasis on agriculture encourages the emergence of the economy and the financial autonomy of the entire nation "Our land is primarily agricultural, and we must seize the geographic and climatic advantages favoring prosperity." The candidate Baker proposes to sit with the businessmen and businesswomen of Haiti in order to find solutions to the economic crisis faced by the country, namely, the devaluation of the gourde, the high cost of living and the nonexistent domestic production. He promised that during his five years the unemployment rate will be reduced from 70% to 50%, mainly through job creation through agriculture and other professional vocations promising 1.2 million new jobs in the economy Haitian. In the health sector he intends to reform it, so that everyone can have access to essential care for itself and his family. 3 Health Centres will be created by department: dispensaries, clinics and hospitals, whose 30 health centers during his 5 years of governance. In terms of infrastructure, he indicated that he will set up the necessary infrastructure for increasing energy, conservation of drinking water, the management of public transport, so that the country can function more effectively to take advantage of the Gross Domestic Production (GDP) for the benefit of the majority. His plan to reform justice, will ensure justice without bias. The protection of life and property will encourage local and international investors to come and settle in the country for economic development, strong and durable. He also plans to develop tourism both locally and internationally which will be a factor of development and an important source of growth in the economy. Politically, he promises transparency; the Ministry of Justice will assume its responsibilities; the contribution of the Diaspora to the development of Haiti and an servant state apparatus in order to orient and manage the country on an ongoing basis. Charles Henri Baker, intends rebuild a professional army to restore order, discipline and stability for the protection of lives and property. The first 100 days of Charles Henri Baker if elected : - A plan to regularize the situation of Haitians in the Dominican Republic will be established and implemented; - The devaluation of the current gourde, will be analyzed to find an adequate solution; - A re-evaluation of natural resources will be made; - The process of creating enterprises will be simplified; - The right to vote will be granted to the Haitian Diaspora; - A Customs tax reform just and more favorablewill be considered; - The army of Haiti will be mobilized; - A policy against corruption will be applied.
