In a note dated June 14, 2016, Michel-Ange Gédéon, the Director General a.i. of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), advises the persons concerned in particular and the public in general, that the Directorate General of the PNH, is finalizing a new database in order to offer better quality services to security companies.

"For this purpose, to follow up the provisions adopted at the meeting of 14 June 2016, it is a obligation for every security company owners to submit, on 30 June at the latest (#20 corners of streets Darguin and Grégoire in Pétion-ville) the following documents :

• Copy of the Monitor establishing the existence of the company ;

• List of members of the company's staff containing the tax identification number (TIN) or that of the National Identification Card (CIN) ;

• Specimen of badge used ;

• List of firearms in service or in legalization phase ;

• Copy of a document identifying the legal representative of the company.

The Directorate of the PNH rely on the diligence of all concerned for an optimal operation of this new system"
