Graduate teachers are present on the school yard but do not work. Note that the teachers of 3rd cycle are budgeted but they are demanding salary arrears. The schoolyard is a vast promenade and playground. When the students of the 3rd cycle do not walk on the court, they play football, which disrupts the operation of the other two cycles (2nd and 3rd) whose teachers are at work... Parents worried about the future of their children deprived of classes for nearly two months, urges the West Departmental Directorate to resolve the crisis without delay within EFACAP.
