After Camp-Perrin and Fonds-des-Nègres, this 3rd Center launched in October 2017 https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-22274-haiti-agriculture-third-plant-propagation-center.html will allow with the 2 previous to produce in 2 years 13.5 million seedlings / year, at the rate of 4.5 million per Center.

The Marfranc Center includes several shadehouses, an administrative building, a sprouter, a composting and fertilizer preparation center and a warehouse for tools and intrans. It also has a research unit, a residence for executives and trainees, sanitary blocks, a plant for transplanting and planting cuttings and a seed production center.
