Excerpt from J-C Moïse letter : "Port-au-Prince, January 14, 2019 His Excellency Nicolas Maduro President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela In his palace. Mr. President, "[...] The Secretary General of the political party "Pitit Dessalines" of Haiti [...] would like to point out in strong ink that the Haitian people in the largest majority do not find themselves in the action diplomacy of immature power that has been indecently imposed on him.
