Number of Police Officers killed decreased
Inspector Gary Desrosiers, deputy spokesman of the National Police of Haiti (PNH), while respecting the work done by human rights organizations, is unable to confirm the figures provided by these organizations reporting 7 police officers killed during the month of January. Gary Desrosiers confirms that 5 police officers died in the first month of the year, 4 of them shot.

Rain of warrants
As part of the fight against crime in the department of North-West, Me Jean Volney Bellamin, head of the prosecutor's office of Port-de-Paix says that more than a hundred warrants of appearance are currently in force against actively pursued individuals.

Grants of discharges on the Senate agenda
