Haiti - Sports : A Taiwanese firm will bring the Sylvio Cator stadium to international standards

Tuesday in press conference, Edwing Charles the Minister of Youth and Sports following his visit to the stadium Sylvio Cator https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-27332-haiti-football-towards-the-rehabilitation-of-the-stadium-sylvio-cator.html and his meeting with Yves Jean Bart the President of the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) at the FIFA Goal Center of La Croix-des-Bouquets https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-27382-haiti-sports-the-sylvio-cator-stadium-soon-to-international-standards.html , around the specifications to be respected in order to obtain the authorization to host international matches at the Sylvio Cator national stadium, announced that as part of the Haitian-Taiwanese cooperation, it is the Taiwanese construction firm Overseas Engineering & Construction Corp. LTDA. S.A (OECC) which has already built the Court of Cassation and the Ministry of the Interior which will be responsible for bringing the Sylvio Cator stadium up to international standards.

"I asked that the work end in July so that we can receive the next games next September," said the Minister, giving the guarantee that the Government will spare no effort to rehabilitate the stadium according to international standards.
