Haiti - Guiteau Toussaint : Franck Ciné was released but remains at the disposal of the justice 19/06/2011 10:32:57
The CEO of the cell phone company Haitel, Mr. Franck Ciné, former majority shareholder of the Socabank, was released 48 hours after his arrest (custody) Thursday, within the framework of murder of banker Guiteau Toussaint, of the Bank Nationale de Credit (BNC), which occurred Sunday, June 12, 2011 at his home.
Wilson Estimé, one of the lawyers of Mr. Franck Ciné, confirmed the release "The Government Commissioner, Me Harrycidas Auguste, ordered the relaxation of Mr. Ciné given that he had been retained illegally" adding that his client did not intend to leave the country and remained at the disposal of the justice.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday evening at the initiative of the family of Guiteau Toussaint. The next day, a Mass will be sung to the Church St-Pierre of Pétion-Ville. Mr Guiteau's body should be buried in the United States where his family lives.
