Haiti - Justice : Summonses against Dorsinvil and two advisers of the CEP 16/07/2011 11:17:00
"...there is an investigation that was opened by the former Government Commissioner [Harrycidas Auguste], some members of the Provisional Electoral Council, appeared to the prosecution and were auditioned, but unfortunately the other members that we invited have not come to the prosecutor. I think they have challenged the authority of Justice while there is a presumption of corruption of officials [...] There is information that is open, it is necessary that we hear them on the facts that the public clamour alleges, there was a scandal in the last elections [...] Since the law puts at our disposal what we call, the summons, we will force them to come to the public prosecutor so that we can hear them on the facts alleged against them [...] We gave instructions to the Central Directorate of Judicial Police (DCPJ) to apprehend and bring it as is, to the public prosecutor, the named Gaillot Dorsinvil, Ribel Pierre and Leonel Raphaël.
