Who is Garry Conille Garry Conille, [45 years] is close to the Bill Clinton Foundation, was Chief of staff and Special Envoy for Haiti of former U.S. President. Doctor by profession, former student of the College Canado-haïtien, he studied at the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of the UEH of Port-au-Prince and made a specialization at the University of North Carolina in the United States. He is since two months, Resident Coordinator of United Nations system in Niger.
