Haiti - Kenya : President Edgard Leblanc Fils met by videoconference with President Ruto

Wednesday June 19, 2024, The President of the Transitional Presidential Council (CPT), Edgard Leblanc Fils, accompanied by Advisors, held a videoconference meeting with the President of the Republic of Kenya William Ruto.

Monica Juma, National Security Advisor and the Head of the police team that will be deployed to Haiti, Deputy Inspector General of Police Administration Noor Gabow also spoke virtually.

The Multinational Security Support Mission in Haiti was authorized by the United Nations Security Council on October 2, 2023, under Resolution 2699.
