Haiti - Culture : Contest of the most beautiful photo of the Carnival of Flowers

In order to keep the best pictures of the Carnival of Flowers [29, 30 and July 31], who will be a great artistic event in Port-au-Prince, and share moments that express the joy, the cohesion and above all the desire to build together a peaceful and prosperous country, the Ministry of Culture launches, at the intension of amateur and professional photographers, the contest of the most beautiful photo of the Carnival of Flowers.

The amount of Prize that will be awarded to "The most beautiful photo of the Carnival of Flowers" is of :
50,000 Gourdes (Amateur category)
75,000 Gourdes (CProfessional category)

Beyond the photo winning, the Ministry of Culture will retain among the most beautiful submitted, photos to be included in the book of Carnival of Flowers. Each photo selected will be paid 4.000 Gourdes. The Ministry of Culture thank in advance the photographers participating in this project, which will allow to keep in a book, all the beauty of the Carnival of Flowers for current and future generations.
