Haiti - Politic : The Lower House has reservations about the agreement of El Rancho

In addition, the President of the Chamber, also criticized Article 13 of the Agreement, which grants only one representative of Parliament in the Monitoring Committee of the Agreement ""[...] The Parties agree to implement the Monitoring Committee of the agreements. This Commission is overseen by the Mediator. It reports directly to the latter. It is composed of 4 members from political parties; 1 Executive Member, 1 Member of Parliament and one member of the Independent Observer."
