The situation remains volatile in Petit Goâve, a town in the West department, located 60 km west of Port-au-Prince, on the departmental road No. 2 : blocked roads, burning tires, barricades, official vehicles burnt, closed schools paralyzed economy, violent clashes between neighborhoods, lack of security forces... It is recommended to exercise the utmost vigilance and seek advice before traveling.

Armed attacks at the exit of the airport of Port-au-Prince :

Given the increase of armed attacks, including fatalities, between the airport and place of accommodation, mainly targeting travelers coming to visit their families, it is recalled that it is imperative to organize his reception by relatives or people you trust, and to minimize the transport of amounts of cash or valuables. If attacked, do not offer any resistance."
