Following their interrogation, the US authorities decided that no legal action would be taken against them. During their interrogation, the men explained that they were on a mission to Haiti to provide security services to a businessman working for the Haitian Government. But the name of this businessman was not disclosed...

If in Haiti the investigation continues, without knowing who or what to look for in a case where the main suspects have been removed from the Haitian justice; discover the local complicities that allowed the entry into the national territory of these men and their weapons without immigration and on possible accomplices who facilitated the circulation of this commando in the Haitian territory, will not be a simple matter for the investigators, who probably will not be able to get help from the Americans who obviously know much more than they say.

Only Michael Estera, the 8th member of the commando of Haitian origin, remains in the hands of justice and risk for illegal possession of firearms up to 5 years in prison.
