Mr. Director General,

In presenting you my compliments, I come here to confirm the information given verbally on the situation of the fuel level at the Centrales de Varreux.

Currently SOGENER only has diesel fuel having has not been able to finalize its last order of 30,000 barrels of oil because the BRH has not honored his backlog. It has made the maximum effort to buy diesel in the local market but due to the current constraints, as well as its lack of cash caused by late payments, it has been able to obtain a quantity minimal. At the current rate of production of the power plants, SOGENER will be able to hold until the Monday 28th current, except if the EDH lowers its level of consumption.
