BRH NOTICE : Decline in key interest rates
Faced with the socio-economic crisis, the Bank of the Republic of Haiti (BRH) will lower key interest rates, to try to allow a recovery of growth. As of November 19, 2019, the interest rates of the BRH Bonds on maturities of 7, 28 and 91 days will change respectively from 10%, 14% and 22% to 5%, 7% and 15%. The BRH Bonds repo rate is 22%, according to a BRH notice sent to all banking and non-banking institutions dated November 14, 2019.
