Haiti - Politic : No improvement of electricity before 1 month

Electrical distribution should improve by the end of the year "[...] all EDH resources will be mobilized to provide electricity to its customers by December 25 with the addition of the 2 Varreux power plants," said Tuesday at a press conference Jean Nicolas Hervé Pierre-Louis, the Director General of EDH.
