"Madam, I inform you that it has been decided to terminate your duties as post chief at the Consulate of Haiti in Santiago.

A second letter with similar terms was sent this time to Kerby Alcante Desormeaux, 2nd Secretary at the Embassy of Haiti in the Dominican Republic.
