The "IMAR Business Group" is an international trade consulting firm headquartered in China. It provides trade advisory and facilitation services including, supply, inspection and quality, logistics services to companies operating in the Caribbean and doing business with China. These masks were given by the Chargé d'Affaires a.i. Yves Rody Jean, in the presence of Marcus Boereau to the Association Scalabrinienne ASCALA represented by Sister Maria Eugenia Vasquez. ASCALA is a non-profit, non-governmental organization legally established in the Dominican Republic which supports vulnerable groups throughout the Eastern region and will be responsible for distribution.
