Haiti - Politic : The CEP is preparing to the new elections

I have no contact with the President of CEP [...] but the institution continues to operate. We have solved the problem, as provided by the general internal, for there is a substitution of authority between the President of the CEP and the Vice-President in case of impediment, this is the case. Now, it is Mr. Jean Thélève Pierre Toussaint who is holding the Presidency [ai], pending the return of the President...[Gaillot Dorsinvil]"
