Haiti - Canada : New sanctions against 2 former Haitian Ministers

In a press release from World Affairs Canada, Mélanie Joly the Minister of Foreign Affairs, announces new sanctions against the Haitian elite, this time, it is 2 former ministers of the Government of Ariel Henry recently dismissed: Berto Dorcé (Justice) and Liszt Quitel (Interior) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-38128-haiti-flash-ministers-of-justice-and-interior-forced-to-resign.html .

"Canada has reason to believe these individuals are using their status as high-profile elites in Haiti to protect and enable the illegal activities of armed criminal gangs, including through money laundering and other acts of corruption" mentions the press release
So far, Canada has already adopted sanctions against Joseph Lambert, Youri Latortue, Jimmy Chérizier, Gary Bodeau, Rony Célestin, Hervé Fourcand, Michel Martelly, Jean Henry Céant, Laurent Lamothe, Gilbert Bigio, Reynol Deeb and Sherif Abdallah.
