Dr. Florence Duperval Guillaume, the new Minister of Public Health and Population declared in her speech of installation, that we should "have the courage to do all of us, our examination of conscience by telling us in all honesty, that our first weapon of destruction lies in us, yes us Haitians !" Her speech full of empathy, is based on a frame where the motivation, challenges and faith are inseparable.
"The challenge is not small because it is above all to draw from so many disappointments, frustrations and negative aspects, the strength, the will and the courage to dopt a common vision to transcend our individual interests and petty,that to establish effective and efficient strategies by coordinating our actions and by focusing on results for a better response to the needs of communities..." she declared
"My Goal: Improving the Health Status of our communities even more remote."
"My compass for all those who know me will remain the same: I will speak Results, Results, Results..."
