Haiti - FLASH : The Kenyan Government appeals the High Court verdict 27/01/2024 08:17:54
Let's recall that in a judgment delivered on Friday January 26, 2024, Justice Chacha Mwita declared that the National Security Council did not have the mandate to deploy police officers in another country "[...] any decision taken by a State organ or an agent of the State to deploy police officers in Haiti [...] contravenes the Constitution and the law and is therefore unconstitutional, illegal and invalid.
